Calming a cry baby and coping

As much as the love is immense babies can be hard to soothe sometimes because the cause of constant cries might be unknown sometimes especially if all that needs to be done is done but can't just stop crying.

1. Rock little baby in baby carrier and incorporate the "shoosh" sound.
Rocking little baby in a carrier while shooshing over and over again in the ear is a good way to stop baby from crying and is also a good way to put to sleep.

Research  shows that a calming response is triggered in an infant's brain when being carried or rocked, causing baby's heart rate to slow and muscles to become more relaxed," says Kristie Rivers, M.D., a pediatrician in Fort Lauderdale.

At the same time, the shoosh sound creates a repetitive distraction for baby to focus on instead of crying.

2. Put Out Lights

This works because babies can easily become overstimulated with all noise and lights of everyday life. "After all, newborns are used to womb like environment which is quiet and dark. Blocking out all stimulation can give a calm.

3. White Noise

Another effective trick parents swear by is white Noise. White noise could be downloaded as a song or played on youtube. White noise could also pass as a low fan noise. The white Noise could also be downloaded as an Application.

White noise works because of imitation of womb sounds heard by an infant heard in the womb as Mom's blood passed through the placenta. However, it is important to keep it on low volume because white-noise machines could contribute to hearing loss if they are too loud and too close to Baby for long stretches of time.

6. Change of Caregivers and Environment.

After pleasing and baby is still bring fussy this could be because she is getting stressed or needs a change of caregivers. If this is so, it is important to at least move to a different environment like taking a walk, visit to family and or well wishes and friends.

This helps because baby will spend most times, focusing on the new location.

7. Work Out the Stress

Exercising releases endorphins, feel-good hormones which can improve mood. It also takes ones mind off little munchkin for a while so one can focus on ones own body, which can give back a sense of control. And the "alone time" will de-stress mother enough to head back and manage crying baby calmly.

On the other hand, it is easy to feel back to one's old self quickly and wonder when one can resume certain activities, including sex and using of tampons. No matter what, one should wait until the doctor clears to not put anything the  vagina. This usually occurs around 6-week postpartum checkup. Why? Well, the first reason is because of the risk of infection. The uterus is still physically recovering from birth — and if there's any vaginal repair, those areas will be healing, too.
