10 Healthy Advantages of Eating Egg

Almost everyone loves eating eggs and luckily eggs could be prepared and eaten in different ways but do you also know that eggs have good body building properties. Well below are the lists of what an egg can do to the body.


1. Egg have less calories, and is filling therefore aides in weightless. Regular Intake of Eggs promotes weightless.

2. Egg may reduce the risk of stroke and Heart disease. However this does not apply to diabetics. 

3. Eggs from hens raised on pasture and/or fed omega-3 enriched feeds tend to be much higher in omega 3 fatty acids.

4. One of the consequences of aging is that eyesight tends to get worse.

5. Egg yolk contains some nutrients that help eye sight. Lutein and Zeaxanthin nutrients found on eggs help reduce risk factors of developing cataracts and macular degeneration, two common eye disorders.
