Now if you're battling Depression then this is for you. Kindly read this to the end and trust me, you will feel better right after.

Now there might be two types of depressed individual.

1. The Lonely And Depressed individual
This kind of depressed individual is the kind who is always alone, no friends, shuts the world out, refuse to speak to anyone about anything and refuse to let people into their lives.

2. The Social and Depressed individual
This kind of Depressed individual is the kind who is the life of the party, the happiest individual in the group, the best of friends but yet is secretly battling Depression and refuses to open up to anyone about how he or she feels. This kind of individual is ready to put the burden of others on their shoulders and leave their own burden on the floor and gradually they fade away putting on fake smiles to make everyone think everything is fine.

Now if you are the first kind of Depressed individual, the best thing to do is let it all out. Remember a problem shared is half solved. Sharing ones trauma makes it look and feel less deep after talking about it. This is why it is very important to let at least one or two persons in about how you feel and what you are going through. It is also important to try and step out sometimes, going out on vacations, friendly visits, spa, seeing the movie all helps reduce the feeling of being depressed.

The second kind of Depressed individual is the kind in which people would find it difficult to believe that they are Depressed. Now it is important to find a confidant among friends and or family either one or two sensible individuals. Sensible individuals I say because most people see outspoken people as those who could never fall into depression hence never takes them seriously when in need. Opening up is definitely not an easy task. It is quite hard but it is a step ahead to healing mentally.

Also as a depressed individual, it is important to note the reason for depression. You need to ask yourself, why am I always falling into depression. Whatever the reason may be, immediate action needs to be taken against the cause of falling into depression in other to avoid falling depressed again in the future.

image source -  healthline.com 1. Do not put anything into the vagina Depending on the birth experience, the changes in vagina after delivery includes much bleeding. On the other hand, it is easy to feel back to one's old self quickly and wonder when one can resume certain activities, including sex and using of tampons. No matter what, one should wait until the doctor clears to not put anything the  vagina. This usually occurs around 6-week postpartum checkup. Why? Well, the first reason is because of the risk of infection. The uterus is still physically recovering from birth — and if there's any vaginal repair, those areas will be healing, too.
