SIMPLE FLAT TUMMY AND WEIGHT LOSS PLAN.

(1) 1 cup of Pineaple
      1 banana
      1 cup coconut milk
      1 tsp shredded coconut
      Blend all together and drink.

(2) 1 cup spinach
      1 cup frozen mango
      1 banana
      1 lemon juice
      Blend all together and drink.

(3) 1 cup frozen raspberries
      1 cup mango
      1/2 cup frozen pineaples
      1 cup coconut milk

      1 kiwi
      1 banana
      1/2 inch fresh ginger
      1 cup spinach

(7) 1 cup almond milk
      1 small beet
      1 cup mixed berries
      1/2 inch fresh ginger
      1tsp ground flax
      5 mint leaves
