7 Days Nigerian Meal Plan to Loose Body Weight and Belly Fat






















Loosing Weight in Nigeria can sometimes be tiring and definitely is a challenge because 100% of Nigerian foods are very delicious and tasty so it is a challenge to look past all and focus on loosing weight in a strict way. Loosing weight is a gradual process. It cannot be achieved overnight so therefore the body should not be forced or put through rigorous  activities. 


In other to aid quick and safe Weightloss healthy eating habits needs to be incorporated. Below are the 7days Meal plan which consists of Breakfast, Lunch and dinner for 7days. Keeping up with the below recipe gives visible changes.

7 DAYS MEAL PLAN

Is there anything to loose with the below 7days Meal plan? Absolutely nothing but body weight and bloated tummy. The Menu soothes all types of people and all types of schedules.

DAY 1 
MORNING - Oats and Chia Seeds or Oat alone.

AFTERNOON - Grilled Chicken + Avocado

NIGHT - Boiled or grilled Fish, Little Rice, Vegetable sauce.

SNACKS - Apple and or Popcorn


DAY 2

MORNING - (2) Scrambled Eggs + Blended cucumber for smoothie.

AFTERNOON - Vegetable or Spinach Sauce + Sweet Potato

NIGHT - Pasta + Grilled or Boiled Chicken + Vegetable Sauce + a table spoon of coconut oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil

SNACKS - Popcorn and or Apple


DAY 3 

MORNING - Avocado + Banana

AFTERNOON - Chicken Sauce + Pasta + Apple

NIGHT - Grilled or Boiled fish, lightly boiled carrot

SNACKS - Popcorn and or Apple


DAY 4

MORNING - Cucumber smoothie (blended cucumber + ginger)

AFTERNOON - Fish + Plantain + Spinach or Vegetable Sauce

NIGHT - Chicken+ Tomato + Avocado and Cucumber 

SNACKS - Popcorn and or Apple

DAY 5

MORNING - 2 Slice of Whole wheat or Normal Bread ( whole wheat bread preferably ) + peanut spread + 1 scrambled Egg + 1 Apple or Kiwi fruit

AFTERNOON - Fruit and Vegetable Salad without cream.

NIGHT - Shrimp or Boiled Fish + Brocoli + Bell Peppers + Berries (Boil or Grill fish and stir fry Veggies)

SNACKS - Apple and or Popcorn


DAY 6

MORNING - Oat + Chia Seed + Straw Berry or Avocado

AFTERNOON - Beans + Plantain + Water Melon 

NIGHT - Vegetable ( carrot, green pepper, onion, red pepper, tomato, garlic, ginger) and fish 

SNACKS - Apple and or Popcorn

DAY 7

MORNING - Green Smoothie (Cucumber, Apple, Spinach or Ugwu leaves, Ginger + Almond milk or Coconut milk) Blend and drink

AFTERNOON - Rice + Fish + Salad (without cream) + vegetable sauce

NIGHT - Wheat + Oiless Fish or Shrimp Okra

SNACKS - Apple and or Popcorn
