Foods we eat everyday has alot to tell about how our day will do sometimes that is why it is very important to be cautious of our choice of food intake in the morning.

It is important to be cautious of our food intake in the morning because whatever we eat in the morning determines how we will eat all through the day. 

The below list of foods are very rich in Fiber and Proteins and are perfect for breakfast either combined in small portions of each or eaten separately.
