THIS IS HOW WEIGHTLOSS HAPPENS

Now weightloss is successful if only one can consistently take fewer calories every single day. This is quite hard to do because you obviously would not be able to eat your favorite meal sometimes and even if you are permitted to, then it'll be in a very little quantity. This is simply how weightloss happens.

FACTORS THAT AFFECTS WEIGHTLOSS

Ever wondered why loosing weight tends to seem impossible sometimes? Well there are several factors which causes that.

1. GENETIC OR FAMILY HISTORY
Weight gain could be genetic or inherited. However, this is often seen in people who have obesity or are over weight.

2. GENDER
Men tend to loose weight faster than women.

3. AGE
The body tend to change while it grows. While the body ages, weightloss can be quite different to achieve.

4. SLEEP
Weightloss can be stressful therefore it is very important to get lots of rest and sleep. When on a weightloss journey, and you don't sleep, weightloss might seem impossible. Lack of sleep leads to stress and stress leads to weight gain. This happens because lack of sleep leaves the body and mind in distress which makes a person over eat sometimes. It is very important to sleep well when on a weightloss journey.

5. CALORIE DEFICIT
It is important to not starve oneself in the name of loosing weight. For example, consuming 400 - 500 calories per day for 8 weeks helps improve weightloss than consuming 200 calorie per day for 8 weeks.

6. HEALTH CONDITION
When someone is ill, or in a depressed state, it affects the hormones thereby hindering weightloss and promoting weight gain.

NOTE - This is to also show that weightloss is not just about being cautious of what we eat alone, we need to be cautious of our state of mind and state of health as well in other to achieve a successful weightloss journey.

DO NOT RUSH
Remember, your body is doing enough already, putting the body through weight loss is actually not easy which is why it would be better never to rush when it comes to weightloss.

When weightloss is rushed it could lead to health threatening sicknesses such as hair loss, head ache, fatigue, menstrual irregularities, hair loss and to mention a few.

Health experts recommend only 1-3 pounds of weightloss per week.
